Ψ is believe to be the desendent of Armored Core 3 former Nine Breaker Ω. Ψ is equip with dual Rifle and his OB combo is not to be underestimated. He is well known for his marksmanship and never has he ever used his emergancy AST handgun. He may be able to challenge Daemon if he see him a worthy Raven. Legend was told that his family had carried the 9 emblem for each generation as they never lost their title of NineBreaker.
