i printed a photo of one of my paintings and then did this time laps stop motion animation drawing on top of it. I also tried my hand at sand art using salt...my first time trying it, there might be another once i give it more practice!

The Human Abstract - Polaris (guitar cover)
I'm playing along with "Polaris" by The Human Abstract. If you haven't heard this band, I urge you to check them out! This is an extremely fun song to play due to all the little runs! I made two takes so you'll notice a transition in the middle of the song.

Morbid Beauty - Abstract Art
Melissa Rocha from Merced, California is my favorite abstract artist of all time! She has painted well over 50 unique paintings and has never opened up to the public about her work until now.
::ABOUT MELISSA ROCHA::
Melissa was born in Merced California where she currently resides alone with her daughter. When she was younger, she was in and out of the local psychiatric hospital, and painting became her medicine. Even today, she admits that painting (and her 5 year old daughter) are the only things that keep her life together.
::ABOUT HER PAINTINGS::
She has many different types of painting that all have one thing in common... her feelings. She paints what she feels and at times, she has even been known to paint what others feel.

Abstract Photographer Lester Hayes
Almost 100 years old, Lester Hayes was a pioneer of Abstract Photography. He took photographs of ordinary things, using a sheet of mylar plastic shimmering in the breeze, to produce stunning images, and he did it all with the brand new Kodak Instamatic. Kodak awarded his ingenuity with a major one man exhibition in New York City, but became disinchanted when Hayes discovered a tiny flaw in the camera that ultimately contributed to its demise.
