Bhavajan Navaratnam Bharatanatya Arangetram
Bhavajan Navaratnam an acclaimed Bharathanatyam dancer and Choreographer hails from a family of connoisseurs of fine arts. Eloquence came early to Bhavajan's dance, even at age seven he captivated audiences during stage performances with his neat footwork and felicity of expression. Bhavajan performed his Ranga Pravesha at the age of 14 in October 2006. Bhavajan is one of the senior most disciples of eminent guru "Natya mayil" Guru Vasu Sinnarasa.
Bhavajan perpetuates the beauty of Pandanallur style, marks sprightly Nritta, involved Abinaya and a sincerity of purpose. Blessed with a natural grace, Bhavajan enchants with versatile bhava. He has enthralled the audience with his solo performances and active involvement in dance ballets on devotional themes, which were well acclaimed by the press and public. He has played a devotional and spiritual Abhirami Bhattar in Parvathi Ravi Ghantasalas dance ballet Utchi Thilakam, and has been apart of many of Sathangai Narthanalayas productions, such as Navarasam, and Meenakshi Kalyanam are a few to name.
He has also given scores of solo performances at premier Dance celebrations, many prominent Sabhas for the arts in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, New York, England, and the United states of America.
