A very sympathetic interview with composer Angelo Badalamenti about his collaboration with David Lynch made in conjunction with the Mulholland Drive release in 2001. He tells the story of how they met during the Blue Velvet finalization and how their cooperation works. He also tells the story behind the brilliant lead actress casting meeting scene in Mulholland Drive where he plays the mafioso Castigliani brother who has serious problems with his espresso.

Dolores O'Riordan and Angelo Badalamenti "The Butterfly"
"The Butterfly" is Dolores O'Riordan(the Cranberries) and Angelo Badalamenti's(Italian American Composer who's done music for films like Mulholland Drive, The Wicker Man, Exorcist: The Beginning) second musical collaboration. Their first one was "Angels Go To Heaven" on the EvilEnko Soundtrack. I don't think I have heard Dolores sound as beautiful as this in years and I wanted to have a video that would give it some kind of emotion. I found this video by Jona Pelovska(www.jonapelovska.com) called "The Revenge of the Butterflies". It has this eerieness that I liked. I edited the video and the music together. Angelo Badalamenti -- Una Historia Verdadera
Una historia verdadera está basada en un hecho real ocurrido en 1994, protagonizado por un anciano de 73 años, Alvin Straight, que viajó desde Laurens, Iowa, a Mt. Zion en Wisconsin, montado en su segadora John Deere. Alvin decide iniciar este viaje para reencontrarse con su hermano que se encuentra gravemente enfermo y con el que no se habla desde hace más de 10 años. Dada su falta de visión y la escasez de dinero decide hacer él mismo el recorrido en su segadora. Un trayecto de cientos de kilómetros que Alvin tardó más de 6 semanas en realizar.
