Arthur is the first to borrow the very popular new book in the Scare-Your-Pants-Off series, along with many other books at the same time. His friends are envious of him and chase him for the book, but he ends up getting away with it. Soon he finds that the Scare-Your-Pants-Off book is missing, and immediatelly suspects one of his friends of stealing it.
