My Tribute To Brad Delp
The world lost an angelic voice named Brad Delp. Brad was the lead singer of Boston.
Boston means the world to me. The songs eased my hardships and guided me through heartbreak and loneliness. I regret not seeing them, but I will always have their songs. Each song means alot, each song was like a brother, a sister, a shoulder to cry on, my escape. Thanks you for listening. God bless.

Brad Delp died early on March 9th, of 2007.
Brad Delp commited suicide, sealing the bathroom door and placing two grills inside with him. He was (sadly) found dead on the floor with his head on a pillow, a note clipped to his shirt saying he was a "Lonely Soul".
I've been a big fan of Boston all my life, one of there songs was playing on the radio when I was first born.
I listen to the music from the band almost every day, and the first concert I went to was one for Boston.
It just surprised me greatly when I found out Brad Delp had died.. and that Boston, had died with him.
Goodbye, Brad.. rest peacefully in heaven.

Astrology of Brad Delp "Lonely soul" undiagnosed bipolar

Brad Delp was the legendary lead singer of the band Boston, who committed suicide last year. I wanted to speak a little about his astrology. First of all, his birth time is unknown, but I have rectified it to 2:45 PM. The Planet saturn is in the Ascendant in Virgo (sidereal) and of course, this leads to success in other countries. Brad was in an 18 year Rahu period (1974-1992) when he and Tom Scholtz first became an overnight success in 1976. Rahu is in his 6th house, which is the house of occupation. Now most of the planets are between the two nodes, except for Saturn, so this is a modified Kalaparusha Yoga. This, of course, is frequently connected to manic-depression (bi-polar). The Moon is also conjunct with its enemy, Ketu. This has a tendency to cause paranoia. Furthermore, Ketu is in the 12th position to the ascendant and this usually results in an obsession with one's childhood.(see Martin Schulman's Karmic Astrology) Possibly, this may have been a factor in the suicide, since he was scheduled to be married in a few months, but was now an old man of 55. He was in a Jupiter/Rahu/Venus period when he committed suicide, meaning that these three planets had a hand in his death. Now, according to the sages, the rulers of the 7th and the 2nd house are marakas, or killers.
Jupiter is the ruler of the 7th (Pisces); Rahu is always connected to chemicals, indicating the method of his death, namely carbon monoxide poisoning; and Venus is the ruler of the 2nd house (Libra). Brad Delp was a beautiful, but undiagnosed bipolar, possibly paranoid personality. He pinned a note to his shirt saying that he felt he was a "lonely soul." Very sorry to see him go. He will be missed; my sympathies to his family.
