Dieterich Buxtehude, g minor prelude, Gustav Leonhardt plays
(Update: looks like the DVD set is back in print, see e.g YesAsia.com: http://tinyurl.com/socu2 ). Gustav Leonhardt plays at the Nieuwe Kerk in Amsterdam (see http://tinyurl.com/ycjh69 for the disposition: no 32' stop - surprise!) If anyone knows which of Buxtehude's pieces this is exactly, let me know! (Include the Bux.-Werke-Verzeichnis number as a bonus.)

Dieterich Buxtehude, Toccata in d, Bernard Foccroulle plays
One more Buxtehude: Toccata in d minor, BuxWV 155. One more great piece on a great organ from the DVD set I've tortured on YouTube quite a bit: http://tinyurl.com/socu2 (also check eBay). The organist is Bernard Foccroulle, he plays on an Arp Schnitger organ built in 1688 in Norden, Germany (organ restored in 1985 by Jürgen Ahrend).
I found out few days ago that this organ was tuned to a meantone temperament, you'll notice how smooth some of the sustained chords are, none of that "sizzle" or "buzz" one always hears under the equal temperament.
