S.O.S. Band-The Finest
The S.O.S. Band was the hottest R&B band on Atlanta's club scene.After listening to their demo and being impressed with the bands funky sound, Tabu Records signed them to their first recording contract which led them to explode on the music scene with their first hit single,"Take Your Time (Do it Right)",going platinum selling over 2 million copies.
They later joined forces with production team Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, who went on to craft a string of R&B hits for the group, including "Just Be Good to Me," "Tell Me If You Still Care," "Borrowed Love," "No One's Gonna Love You," "Just the Way You Like It," and "The Finest".
