U.S. Navy flight deck operations
U.S. Naval Forces Central Command Area of Responsibility (Jan. 9, 2007) -- A plane director moves an E-2C Hawkeye assigned to the "Tigertails" of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron One Two Five (VAW-125) into launch position aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Also depicted are F/A-18 Hornets being taxied and launched from the carrier. Eisenhower and embarked Carrier Air Wing Seven (CVW-7) are on a regularly scheduled deployment in support of Maritime Security Operations (MSO). MSO help set the conditions for security and stability in the maritime environment, as well as complement the counter-terrorism and security efforts of regional nations. These operations deny international terrorists use of the maritime environment as a venue for attack or to transport personnel, weapons or other material. U.S. Navy video (RELEASED)

Flight Deck Man! I Have Order!
Insane flight deck operations on an aircraft carrier, the USS Enterprise. Watch the Yellow Shirt "shooters" at work. In the first two launches are the man I have titled Flight Deck Man...the guy is either fearless or insane as he signals just under the aircraft wing and then ducks on launch of the jet!

This ride is also known as Top Gun.
Flight Deck is Canada's only inverted looping jet coaster. This mega coaster simulates flight with speeds of 90km/h, exhilarating 90-degree vertical climbs, barrel rolls, inverted wing loopovers, a 270-degree after burn and a complete snap roll over. Riders take flight in a fully open cockpit suspended beneath the coaster's steel track as the sky races below.
