Marilyn Monroe Foster Sister Eleanor Bebe Goddard = Criminal
http://friendsthroughmarilynagainsthypocrisy.blogspot.com/ Read info click..... Eleanor "Bebe" Goddard December 17, 1926 - February 11, 2000 was Marilyn Monroe's foster sister, when the American legend was still Norma Jeane Baker. When Bebe Goddard passed away, she would leave a scandal behind. Hundreds of documents for personal memorabilia that she already had sold, and which she claimed belonged to her famous foster sister Marilyn Monroe. Yet in an interview, conducted in the 1980's, when asked if she owned any belongings from her legendary foster sister, the answer was "no." One handwritten letter in particular spilled out the viciousness that this criminal was doing to the world of Marilyn Monroe loving admirers, fans and collectors. It was addressed to her partner in crime Guido Ortenzio, who is still selling fakes, and who not only claims those items to be Monroe's items, but he is also selling many other fakes from other celebrities. He sold in the hundreds of thousands worthless items, and he claimed to have purchased them at AIDS FUND RAISERS in Los Angeles and New York City. When I asked him in some emails which fund raiser he was talking about (those are traceable!), he would never ever even return my emails. Here is the most disgusting letter, which was found in the personal belongings of the sweet and friendly old lady, who would stand as a guest speaker in 1997 in the chapel, where 35 years earlier Marilyn Monroe's funeral service was taking place: "Dear Guido, April 23, 1996 Thank you for the opportunity to be a rip-offer instead of a rip-offee for a change. It feels good! If I were mailing these things I would put tissue paper between the folds and put each garment into a plastic cleaners bag, except for the compact, purse and earings. The small items could be wrapped in tissue paper and pocked inside the purse. If I knew someone who used Chanel # 5, I would borrow some on a pad of cotton and dab the tissue paper lightly. Or maybe a Department Store perfume counter might have a tester of Chanel No. 5. Has David consulted the Tarot cards again? I am going to have to leave mine. They are the RIDER DECK and really interesting. Please take a picture of Margo sometimes and send it to me - I have no idea what she looks like. Good luck to us!! Talk to you soon. Best to all, Bebe" It is estimated, that the criminal duo scammed many hundreds of thousands of dollars from people who would believe to buy the real thing. Prominent collectors, like the Spanish couple Maite Minguez Ricard and Luis de Val were displaying many of Bebe Goddard's fakes at a prominent Spanish exhibition in Barcelona, Spain in 2006, and after I contacted them and presented the facts in form of my found proof, I was threatened by Senior Luis de Val, Maite Minguez' husband, with a lawsuit. Yet his LA based lawyer never ever called or sent me a warning. I wonder why? After viewing their 2nd book about their collection, I counted not less than 44 fake items. The book makes it really easy to pinpoint them out. One remarkable hoax is a lingerie item in black, which the Spanish collectors bought on eBay from super fraud Frank Ferruccio for $400! A big joke, and I still have that auction printed out. Frank Ferruccio even sold it with a photo of MM wearing an almost identical piece. Yet we all know for what amounts the real items went for in 1999, 2001 and 2005, where the Spanish collectors were active buyers, too. Eleanor "Bebe" Goddard was the most prominent member of Greg Schreiner's fan club "Marilyn Remembered," (established in 1982) and Greg Schreiner, 59, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQ85RTR5TRs and the 'president' of this group, can be seen briefly in this video after Bebe Goddard's heartwarming but absolutely fake speech. http://gregschreiner.blogspot.com/ This video was shot by me on August 5th, 1997, the 35th anniversary of Marilyn Monroe's death, and the 15th anniversary of this particular memorial services. (Marilyn Monroe's funeral took place on August 8th). 1997 was my first year of membership of this fan club, which I left due to the attacks by Jill Adams in February, 2006. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDoOd3GQajg Two and a half years after this video was shot, Bebe Goddard was dead. She was considered a chain smoker. To see the letter that she wrote by hand for yourself and other fake documents that this lady fabricated and successfully sold (at auction houses like Christie's, Sotheby's, Profiles In History, (many of her fabrications are still floating around on eBay and other websites -- please visit: http://blog.ourmarilyn.com/ Would you like to take a look at some of her painful fakes? Click on this link below and don't think for a second that these earrings could be real! They aren't. Paulette Goddard ~ 1930's And 1940's Actress
To watch in HQ: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fWE9MEdPR0&fmt=18 Paulette Goddard, born Marion Pauline Levy, (June 3, 1910 -- April 23, 1990) was an Oscar-nominated American film and theatre actress. A former child fashion model and in several Broadway productions as Ziegfeld Girl, she was a major star of the Paramount Studio in the 1940s. She was married to several notable men, including Charlie Chaplin, Burgess Meredith and Erich Maria Remarque. Her stage debut was in the Ziegfeld revue No Foolin in 1926. The next year she made her stage acting debut in The Unconquerable Male. She also changed her first name to Paulette and took her mother's maiden name (which also happened to be her favorite uncle Charles' last name) as her own last name. She married an older, wealthy businessman, lumber tycoon Edgar James, in 1926 and moved to North Carolina to be a socialite, but divorced him in 1930 and received a huge divorce settlement. In 1929 she came to Hollywood with her mother after signing a contract with Hal Roach Studios, and appeared in small parts of several films over the next few years, starting with Laurel & Hardy shorts. At Samuel Goldwyn Productions, she also joined other such future notables as Betty Grable, Lucille Ball, Ann Sothern, and Jane Wyman as "Goldwyn Girls" with Eddie Cantor in films such as The Kid from Spain, Roman Scandals and Kid Millions. In 1932, she met Charlie Chaplin and began an eight-year personal and cinematic relationship with him. Chaplin bought Goddard's contract from Roach Studios and cast her as a street urchin opposite his Tramp character in the 1936 film Modern Times, which made Goddard a star. During this time she lived with Chaplin in his Beverly Hills home. Their actual marital status was and has remained a source of controversy and speculation. During most of their time together, both refused to comment on the matter. At the premier of The Great Dictator in 1940, Chaplin first introduced Goddard as his wife. The couple split amicably soon afterward, and Goddard allegedly obtained a divorce in Mexico in 1942, with Chaplin agreeing to a generous settlement. For years afterward, Chaplin stated that they were married in China in 1936, but to private associates and family, he claimed they were never legally married, except in common law. Goddard began gaining star status after appearing in The Young in Heart (1938), Dramatic School (1938), and a supporting role in The Women (1939) which starred Joan Crawford, Norma Shearer and Rosalind Russell. During filming of The Women, Goddard was considered as a finalist for the role of Scarlett O'Hara in the 1939 film Gone with the Wind, but after many auditions and a Technicolor screen test, lost the part to Vivien Leigh. It has been suggested that questions regarding her marital status with Chaplin, in that era of morals clauses, may have cost her the role. Nonetheless, in 1939, Goddard signed a contract with Paramount Pictures and her next film The Cat and the Canary (1939) with Bob Hope, was a turning point in the careers of both actors. Goddard starred with Chaplin again in his 1940 film The Great Dictator, and then was Fred Astaire's leading lady in the musical Second Chorus (1940), where she met Burgess Meredith. One of her best-remembered film appearances was in the variety musical Star Spangled Rhythm (1943) in which she sang a comic number "A Sweater, a Sarong, and a Peekaboo Bang" with contemporary sex symbols Dorothy Lamour and Veronica Lake. She received her only Academy Award nomination, for Best Supporting Actress, in 1944 for So Proudly We Hail! (1943). Her most successful film was Kitty (1945), where she played the title role. In The Diary of a Chambermaid (1946), she starred opposite Meredith, by then her husband. Her career faded in the late 1940s. In 1947 she made An Ideal Husband in Britain for Alexander Korda films, being accompanied on a publicity trip to Brussels by Clarissa Churchill, niece of Sir Winston and future wife of Prime Minister Anthony Eden. In 1949, she formed Monterey Pictures with John Steinbeck. Her last starring roles were the English production A Stranger Came Home (known as The Unholy Four in the USA), and Charge of the Lancers in 1954. She also acted in summer stock and on television, including in the 1955 television remake of The Women, playing a different character than she played in the 1939 feature film. In 1964, she attempted a comeback in films with a supporting role in the Italian film Time of Indifference, but that turned out to be her last feature film. Her last acting role was in The Snoop Sisters (1972) for television.
