The Hummer H3T is a good truck, but starting at more than $31,000, its about $5000 more than its competition. But like all Hummers, this is a niche vehicle, so if the looks, the off-road capability, and mystique of owning a Hummer mean something to you, then the H3T may be worth the extra money.

Smaller than full sized truck, but larger than a mid-sized truck, the H3T combines the off-road capabilities of a HUMMER with a 5 foot pickup bed. The bed is large enough for 2 motorcycles or an ATV. With an optional 300hp V8, drivers will still be able to get to those far out places, and now they'll have some extra space to haul some gear as well.

2009 HUMMER H3T
Hummer is expanding its product portfolio and entering the midsize truck market with its 2009 H3T. The vehicle, which is scheduled to make its debut at the Chicago Auto Show, was inspired by the Hummer H3, one of the brand's two sport utility vehicles (SUV). The four-door, five-passenger truck features a 5-foot bed, 32-inch tires, and a standard 3.7-liter, five cylinder engine with 242 horsepower. Production on the H3T is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2008 at General Motor's Shreveport, LA assembly plant before rolling into dealerships later this fall.
