Al Sharpton: The Democrats' Tom Metzger
Tom Metzger (Ku Klux Klan, White Aryan Resistance) and Al Sharpton have both fomented racial and anti-Semitic hatred, and indirectly incited violence in which people were killed (Mulugeta Seraw for Metzger, Yankel Rosenbaum in Crown Heights and arson of Freddy's Fashion Mart for Sharpton).
Q: What is the difference between Al Sharpton and Tom Metzger?
A: Tom Metzger was not invited to be a keynote speaker at the Democratic National Convention (Kerry, 2004) or to campaign with Ned Lamont. Nor did Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Bill Richardson, Chris Dodd, Joe Biden, and John Edwards accept an invitation to appear at an Aryan Nations meeting. In April 2007, however, all agreed to appear at Sharpton's National Action Network.
