Young Chicago punk rock band, Verboten, performs Black Flag version of "Louie, Louie". Band members include Tracy Bradford (vocals, 14 years old), Jason Narducy (guitar, 10 years old), Zack Kantor (drums, 11 years old), and Chris Kean (bass, 12 years old). Filmed at Cubby Bear in 1982, the crowd (including members of Rights Of The Accused and Nadsat Rebel) storms the stage to scream into the microphone, skank, and stage dive. The two other bands on the bill that night: Naked Raygun and Rights Of The Accused.
