This is the winding-up session by Deputy Health Minister YB Datuk Dr Abdul Latif bin Ahmad and YB Lim Kit Siang intervened to request more details on various negligences by government hospital, especially the infamous Baby Yok Shan's incident.
What we can see here is a classical display of denial syndrome and mentality by the Deputy Minister by claiming that the public still hold high reliance on government hospitals when people are still coming to government hospitals to seek for medical assistances.
Abdul Latif even claimed that when we can see a lot of people lining up waiting to be attended, that shows that the people are confident with government hospitals.

Official's negligence caused Bihar floods
Amidst Bihar's flood tragedy that occurred due to the falling down of the Kosi barrage, an employee at the barrage has claimed that no high level official came to the site. "The officals came here in February like every year. We told them things are bad. They didn't do anything about it," said Ganga Prasad Yadav.

DCR Negligence Promotes Bicycle Hazard on BU Bridge
The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) closed the southbound sidewalk on the BU Bridge in June, 2008 in order to start repairs on the bridge. Bicycle commuters are forced to enter the roadway on a dangerous uphill curve. They are restricted to a narrow, poorly marked portion of pavement next to an elevated concrete barrier. A few inches separate them from speeding trucks, buses, and cars. They are marginally visible to drivers. There is no provision for traffic calming, and motorized traffic continues at full speed.
Citizens have asked local governments to address this situation since construction began. But the DCR and municipal governments on either side of the bridge have ignored these requests. This video, which was recorded between 8 and 8:30 AM on Monday, October 27, 2008 provides evidence of this negligence.
