Hall & Oates - Family Man
Hall & Oates is the popular music duo made up of Daryl Hall and John Oates. The act achieved its greatest fame in the late 1970s and early-to-mid 1980s, and used a unique variety of ballad-oriented pop-blue eyed soul (occasionally mixed with dance and rock influences) to dominate the charts. The partnership is the most successful chart duo in the history of American recorded music.
The videoclip "Family Man" goes for a conceptual affair. Shot mainly in a set that resembles a living room, it mostly shows the band as they lip-synch, but it also includes shots of kids as they pester H&O, and we also watch some shots of a family with matching pompadours. Inserted on top of this, we discern the romantic pursuits of a man and a woman who both intentionally look like characters from primitive video games.
Mike Oldfield's song "Family Man" reached number seven and number six in March and June of 1983, respectively.

Rich Girl - Hall and Oates
This is the first "fake" music video that Adam Talatinick and I shot late summer of 2005. It features the hit song "Rich Girl" by Hall and Oates. You'll notice the star filter that helps make this more cheesy. Reminder: Do not take this video that seriously, it is a joke, and we didn't really try that hard.

Wait For Me - Daryl Hall & John Oates (Covers Slide)
I make this video is for my Yahoo! 360 Blog, My favourite music, My music world ... A Tribute to Daryl Hall & John Oates ...
Artist: Daryl Hall & John Oates
Album: Rock 'n Soul Part 1 Greatest Hits 1983
Song: Wait For Me
Wait for me please
Wait for me, girl
Midnight hour almost over
Time is running out for the magic pair
I know you gave the best that you have
But one more chance
couldn't be all that hard to bear.
Wait for me please
Wait for me
Alright, I guess
that's more than I should ask
Wait for me please
Wait for me
Although I know the light is fading fast.
You could go either way
Is it easier to stay
I wonder what you'll do
when your chance rolls around
But you gotta know how much I want to keep you
When I'm away I'm afraid it will all fall down.
Wait for me please
Wait for me
Alright, I guess
that's more than I should ask
Wait for me please
Wait for me
Although I know the light is fading fast.
Love is what it does and ours is doing nothing
But all the time we spent
It must be good for something
Please forgive all the disturbance I'm creating
But you gotta lot to learn if you think that I'm not
waiting for you
Wait for me please
Wait for me
Alright, I guess
that's more than I should ask
Wait for me please
Wait for me
Although I know the light is fading fast.
You gotta lot to learn if you think that I'm not waiting for you
Wait for me please
Wait for me
Alright, I guess
that's more than I should ask
Wait for me please
Wait for me
Although I know the light is fading fast.
You gotta lot to learn if you think that I'm not waiting for you ...
