This is the penectomy scene from Loretta, another Philippine movie. The story is about a woman named Loretta and her abusive husband. He drinks, beats her up, womanizes, and pretty much does everything an everyday ordinary bad husband does. One day she couldn't stand it anymore, and with the help of a razor blade gets her revenge and freedom. (This movie was inspired by the story of Lorena Bobbit, hence the title and the main character's name.)

Totoy Mola Penectomy Scene
This is the scene from the Philippine movie, Totoy Mola. The story goes like this: Totoy is an extremely well-endowed man, and his sexploits lead him from one woman (and some men as well) to another. Eventually he finds true love and decides to settle down, but one night a spiteful ex-lover cuts off his legendary appendage in revenge. He still ends up with the girl of his dreams, however, and goes on to have a happy family. (He had a child even after the incident, and the saga continues with his son, Divino.) This isn't the original scene, btw. It's fragmented because I cut the scene into pieces and deleted portions of it to save space, hence the choppyness.
