Chicken Nuggets dip themselves, a rabbit in pearls is filing her nails, sausages and hot dogs squirm in terrariums, and fish sticks are floating in a tank: That’s happening until October 31, 2008 in Banksy’s The Village Pet Store and Charcoal Grill in Lower Manhattan (89 Seventh Avenue South, near Bleecker Street). It’s British artist Banksy’s first official exhibition in New York, and it’s not a mural but an installation. A mock pet supply shop, “open for pet supplies / rare breeds / mechanically retrieved meat” as a sign says in front of the shop. Banksy: “I wanted to make art that questioned our relationship with animals and the ethics and sustainability of factory farming, but it ended up as chicken nuggets singing.”

Pet store puppies
This is a video meant to raise awareness on the horrors of puppy mills and pet shops. Puppies or any other animals- including kittens, hamsters, ferrets, guinea pigs, and birds- are bred by commercial breeders who are in it for the money, not the time and care. They sell to pet shops. Pet stores now advertise on their websites, they give the puppies baths and make them look pretty for a picture. Then they throw them back into their cage and advertise them online and through tiny glass cages in the stores. Please help to end the commercial industry and boycott stores that sell any animal. I have faith the suffering will end, do you? Save a life...rescue.

Please Watch!! - Here is a clip about a women talking and more importantly showing footage about the horrorable field known as puppy milling,
its where people breed dogs non-stop, do not care for these animals aka no vet care, etc. Just sell there offspring for money until they are useless.
