Rev Michael Pfleger at Trinity UCC, Hillary thinks "I'm white I'm entitled"
Chicago Catholic pastor Dr. Rev. Michael Pfleger, speaking Sunday at Barack Obama's Trinity United Church of Christ, implied Clinton was a white supremacist who believed she would win the nomination because of "white entitlement." Flegler has been a noted spiritual advisor for Barack Obama for decades while he has lived in Chicago.
After Michael Pfleger's remarks about Clinton, Otis Moss III thanked Pfleger repeatedly.

I respect your position, but I don't believe that this Obama presidential campaign is for the advancement of color people because he is Black. I don't believe a Black is better suited to make those changes than a White President. I believe we just need a president who is not racist, which is a global problem. No where have I seen Barrack say he is running to be a president for African American change but American Change. I believe though Pfleger is correct about white issues, Trinity is using Baracks blackness as a tool. That just as race driven as Wright whom I also respect. We need to stick to the issue. Race is not an driving issue of the ticket or run for the USA.

Barack Obama Leaves Trinity, Michael Pfleger: Dr Boyce Speak
Senator Barack Obama just left Trinity United Church of Christ because of his affiliation with Father Michael Pfleger.
Father Michael Pfleger is the subject of Dr. Boyce Watkins' commentary. Michael Pfleger has become the subject of controversy after making strong statements at The Trinity United Church of Christ, the same church of Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
Last fall, Watkins referred to Juan Williams, Bill O'Reilly's black sidekick as "the eternal happy negro". This led to Bill O'Reilly and Juan Williams spending weeks expressing anger toward Watkins. Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and other conservatives are equally angry.
Dr. Watkins is a regular guest on CNN, FOX News, BET, CBS, ESPN, and other national media. He was the source of some controversy with Bill O'Reilly from the O'Reilly Factor, and has been a guest on other Fox Shows such as Hannity & Colmes. He has also publicly disputed Bill Cosby for stating that african-american youth and the hip hop generation are not very productive. Watkins wrote "What if George Bush were a Black Man?" and "Everything you ever wanted to know about college", which he argues is an appeal to the MTV generation to look past 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, TI, Kanye West and others to explore their educational potential. Dr. Boyce is a Finance Professor at Syracuse University and a graduate of The Ohio State University. He recently spoke at The University of Kentucky and demanded that they increase their numbers of black students and faculty. He was also one of the instrumental black leaders behind the scenes during the cases with the Jena 6, Don Imus and Michael Vick. He worked closely with Rev. Al Sharpton and Rev. Jesse Jackson, appearing on the air with them to suggest strategies to get Imus off the air. It was Dr. Watkins' idea to challenge his corporate sponsors that led to Imus' dismissal. He was also outspoken on Barry Bonds' situation and the OJ Simpson trial. Watkins argues that Barry Bonds might be a jerk, but his alleged indiscretion is no worse than the evidence against Lance Armstrong for the use of performance enhancing drugs. He made his comments on the Tom Joyner Morning Show, The Wendy Williams Experience, CNN, FOX, BET, CBS and other networks.

Trinity United Church - Barack Obama - Rev. Michael Pfleger
Another preacher is making national headlines because of controversial remarks.
The Reverend Michael Pfleger (FLEH'-ger), a Chicago community activist and priest, mocked Hillary Rodham Clinton's tears just before the New Hampshire Primary.
Pfleger made the comments during a sermon Sunday at Trinity United Church of Christ, formerly pastored by the Reverend Jeremiah Wright. Pfleger, a supporter of Barack Obama, says Clinton cried because she felt ``entitled'' to the Democratic nomination and that a ``black man is stealing my show.''
Obama issued a statement today saying he's ``deeply disappointed'' with Pfleger and that the priest used ``divisive and backward-looking rhetoric.''
Pfleger, who is white and pastors Chicago's predominantly-black Saint Sabina Roman Catholic Church, offered an apology today. He said his words were ``inconsistent with Senator Obama's life and message.''
