"Beneath The Phrygian Sky" Cover By Sahand
This is the first song or video I have ever made. It is my version of "Beneath The Phrygian Sky" from Loreena Mckennitt's album An Ancient Muse. I did change the song a bit from the original. It was recorded using the computer speakers as a microphone and the alphabetical keyboard as my piano. Talk about low budget! Unfortunatley, quality is compromised when I transfer it to youtube.
This song has always interested me mainly because its message to learn from our past. It also makes me think about all the diversity in the world yet the same struggles every one faces.

Going crazy with Phrygian major!
Here i am celebrating my early influences.
Mainly Malmsteen, Marty Friedman for the exotic playing and Paul Gilbert for the stringskipping stuff.
As always everything is improvised.
Enjoy true passion!
This style was mainly the reason why i get deeply into playing the electric guitar back in the 80ths.
I will never forget when i heard for the first time Yngwie Malmsteen.
This time was so exiting.
