Mutya Buena - Real Girl MV
BIO:
Rosa Isabel Mutya Buena (born 21 May 1985 in Kingsbury, London), known professionally as Mutya Buena, is a BRIT Award-nominated English singer and songwriter, who rose to fame as a member of the pop group Sugababes.
Personal life
Her family currently lives in Kingsbury, London. Her father is of Filipino descent from Tagbilaran City, Bohol, while her mother is half Irish, quarter Chinese and quarter Spanish. She attended Kingsbury High School. Her name "Mutya" means "muse" or "pearl" in Tagalog, the national language of the Philippines. She has five brothers (Bayani, Charlie, Chris, Danny and Roberto) and two younger sisters, Ligaya and Dalisay; another sister, Maya, died in 2002, and the song "Maya" on the album Three is dedicated to her. On March 23, 2005, Mutya gave birth to 5lb 10oz Tahlia-Maya Buena, her first child with boyfriend Jay. She named her child Tahlia-Maya in memory of her sister, Maya.
Sugababes
The original line-up of the group consisted of childhood friends Keisha Buchanan, Siobhan Donaghy and Buena, who met at a party in 1998. Since scoring a record deal, the band has gone on to become one of the most successful UK-based female groups in British history - second only to the Spice Girls in terms of record sales. They have had four platinum selling albums, six number one singles, a BRIT-Award as well as a platinum-selling greatest hits album. However, in late 2005, Buena announced that she was leaving the group because of "personal reasons". Her replacement, Amelle Berrabah, joined the group in November 2005, the Sugababes' second member change since Siobhan Donaghy left in 2001, being replaced by Heidi Range.
Solo career
Since her departure from the Sugababes, Buena has worked with a range of record producers and artists, including BRIT and Grammy Award winning and platinum-selling jazz artist Amy Winehouse, George Michael and dance music writers Groove Armada. The first single to be released in the UK featuring Buena was that of a sultry ballad duet with George Michael, entitled This Is Not Real Love. Released in November 2006, it was UK Top 20 hit after reaching #15. It also appeared on Michael's greatest hits album Twenty Five. Following this, Buena toured with Michael on the London and Manchester leg of his 2006 25 Live tour. The duet between Michael and Buena is also included on Buena's debut album Real Girl. Buena began working on her debut album in early 2006, after signing with her previous label Universal Island Records. Preceding the album, the title track "Real Girl" was released in early 2007. It was a big hit in the UK, making it to #2 in the charts, as well as having a BRIT Award nomination for "Best Single". The song samples Lenny Kravitz's hit "It Ain't Over 'Til It's Over", and was produced by London-based production company Full Phat. Following this, Buena's debut album Real Girl was released, and made #10 in the UK amid mixed reviews from critics and fans alike. The album only held a place in the UK Top 40 Albums for three weeks, quickly dropping off the chart. Buena performed at V Festival on August 18 and 19 at Hylands Park, Chelmsford and Western Park, Staffordshire. She also appeared at T4 On The Beach 2007 on Sunday 22 July. Buena also covered Tracy Chapman's classic "Fast Car" in 2007 for BBC Radio 1 as part of the "Radio 1 Established 1967" 40-year anniversary. The third song to be released from the album was "Song 4 Mutya (Out Of Control)" , her collaboration with dance duo Groove Armada. The song received rave reviews from Popjustice reached position 8 in the UK charts. The fourth release from the album was Just a Little Bit which reached 65. Buena then collaborated with Amy Winehouse, on a re-working of the track Be My Baby by The Ronettes, entitled B Boy Baby which only reached number 73 in the UK top 75. Mutya's self titled debut solo album was certified as Gold, after selling more than 100,000 copies. On October 1, 2007, Buena was nominated for the 2007 British "Music of Black Origin" (MOBO) awards. The MOBO Awards was held at the 02 Arena in London. On 14 December 2007, she stood in at the last minute for the ill Jill Scott on the BBC Two program Later with Jools Holland, fronting Scott's band singing Real Girl and Just A Little Bit which the band had learned in one hour. On February 12, 2008, Mutya was dropped by her record label due to poor sales and charting positions from Real Girl and her last two singles, Just a Little Bit and B Boy Baby, Mutya is currently working on her second studio album.

Hoku - Perfect Day MV
Watch in HQ:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXFSRIZHm-0&fmt=18
BIO:
Hōkū Christian Ho (born June 10, 1981), known simply as Hoku, is an American musician, songwriter, and actress. A daughter of noted Hawaiian entertainer Don Ho, her most popular singles are "Another Dumb Blonde", "How Do I Feel" and "Perfect Day."
Early life
Hoku, whose name means "star" in Hawaiian, was born on the island of Oʻahu in the state of Hawaiʻi, to Don Ho and Patti Swallie, who used to sing in his show. (Don, 50 years old at the time of Hoku's birth, already had eight other children...including Don Jr. and the late Dayna Ho.) This union produced one other daughter, Kaimana Grace. She is of European, Polynesian and Asian American ancestry: Chinese, Hawaiian, Portuguese, Dutch, Caucasian and German descent on her father's side and Filipino American descent on her mother's side.
Hoku attended La Pietra: Hawaiʻi School for Girls in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi and studied business at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California.
1999-2001
Hoku's debut single "Another Dumb Blonde", appeared on the soundtrack to the movie Snow Day and also in the Total Request Live Top 10. She later appeared on a Nickelodeon special with many other stars, such as Britney Spears, 'N Sync, Sean Combs, and Aaron Carter.
In 2000, she released her self-titled, debut album. In 2001 she recorded the song "Perfect Day", which was used as the theme song to the feature film Legally Blonde. This song is sometimes featured in JCPenney commercials advertising clearance sales.
However, Hoku soon parted ways with her label, Geffen Records, because she didn't want the image, which she felt went against her beliefs, that the company created for her. Hoku decided to take a break from the music industry and was not heard from for five years.
2006 and beyond
Hoku now lives in Orange County, California, with her husband Jeremy Clements. She would often return to Hawaii and perform with her musician father, at his Don Ho Show at the Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel in Honolulu, until his death in 2007.
Her song "Perfect Day" gained recognition recently when J.C. Penney and Sandals Resorts used the song for a series of television advertisements. Soon after, rumors began to spread that Hoku was recording a second album. These rumors have been confirmed seeing as how Hoku is now signed to Ola Vista Records. Hoku has stated that she is ready to make a comeback into the music industry. This was marked by the release of Listen Up, a 5-song EP. Song titles include, "If You Don't Want My Love", "Saturday Morning", "All I Need", "Closer", and "Listen Up".
Her album is slated for release in late summer 2008. Its first single is titled "It's Who I Am", and will be released to radio in early June 2008, along with its music video's MTV premiere. Hoku has stated that she is re-recording "Perfect Day" for the album, since it was never officially released on an album, other than a movie soundtrack.

Nicole Scherzinger - I'll Be Your Love[Live]

"KAMUSTA, I'M NICOLE"
"AND I AM PROUD TO BE PINAAAYY"
"I'M SO HAPPY TO BE HERE WITH ALL MY FELLOW KABABAYAN"
"MAHAL,!!KO,!! KAYO!!."
"MAHAL KO KAYO!!."
BIO:
Nicole Prescovia Elikolani Valiente Scherzinger (also known as Nicole Kea) (born June 29, 1978) is an American singer-songwriter, dancer, sex symbol and occasional actress best known for her work as the lead vocalist for the Pussycat Dolls.
Early life
Scherzinger was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to a Filipino father and a Hawaiian/Russian mother. Her mother Rosemary was 18 at the time of Nicole's birth and lived in an inner city neighborhood, and separated from her father when Nicole was a baby. Then they moved to Louisville, Kentucky with her sister Ke'ala and German-American stepfather Gary Scherzinger, who adopted the children. She has described her upbringing as "conservative Catholic". She began her life as a performer in Louisville, attending the Youth Performing Arts School at duPont Manual High School and performing with Actors Theatre of Louisville. Scherzinger majored in theater arts at Wright State University, but put her studies on hold in 1999 to sing backing vocals for the rock band Days of the New.
Recording Career
1999 -- 2001
Scherzinger appeared on the second album by Days of the New, released in 1999. She also recorded two songs with Barry Drake's F.O.B, which were released in 2001.
Eden's Crush
In 2001, Scherzinger competed in the premiere season of The WB's television show Popstars, on which she earned a spot in the all-girl pop group Eden's Crush. She became one of the main vocalists for the group. The group's 2001 single "Get Over Yourself" peaked at number one in sales and hit the top ten on Billboard Hot 100. "Love This Way" was the second single chosen from the Popstars album; however, their record company, London-Sire Records, folded and the group eventually disbanded. Songwriter Kara DioGuardi contributed one track to the album, and later went on to co-write with Scherzinger for PCD and Her Name is Nicole.
In November 2007, Scherzinger talked of her time in Eden's Crush
...it was hell... I was in a band with five other girls and every day was torture for me. We were on TV all the time and the atmosphere was awful. I was the one nobody liked and there was nothing I could do to stop that. Maybe it was because I was the pretty one. The other girls thought I was bitchy and ambitious. They would all say things about me, both to my face and behind my back... Every day I was in that band I cried my eyes out. The band was meant to be fun and frivolous but the reality was that it was miserable... I was too sensitive back then, but I got toughened up. I couldn't have gone into the Dolls without my experience in Crush.
2001 -- 2003
After the disbanding of Eden's Crush, Scherzinger made a few promotional solo appearances under the stage name of Nicole Kea, including covering "Breakfast in Bed" for the soundtrack to 50 First Dates in 2003.
Scherzinger worked with Yoshiki of Japanese rock band X Japan on in his Violet UK project. She sang the English version of "I'll Be Your Love" live with the Tokyo Symphonic Orchestra. The track also appeared on the 2003 Various Artists album Exposition of Global Harmony.
