Gladys Knight & The Pips - I Heard It Through The Grapevine (Save The Children 1972)

From a superb moving documentary film with the same title, featuring soul greats such as Marvin Gaye, Bill Withers, Curtis Mayfield, Jerry Butler, Jackson 5, Temptations, Staple Singers, Isaac Hayes...etc etc, and this is one of the best performances in it. Actually every act is the BEST, and besides this film is very beautifully edited and directed.
The "Real Thing" dvd of Marvin and the "Get Ready" dvd of The Temps include some footage from it. Wattstax and Soul To Soul were released on dvd...so why not this???
