Loose blues jam on Spider II
Proving white people don't have rythm. I decided to try to come up with a blues riff by having a light jam of sorts. So, indeed, I'm just fuxing around.
This is through my Line 6 Spider II 112, my first amp of some financial weight and a decent enough amp in most respects. It's flexible enough and of adequately handsome tone to work for someone just getting their bearings on the instrument. This was a study of sorts in which I plugged into it for the first time in some months and tried to get a bluesy feel going in a non-linear jam. For me, I have to "feel" my tone to really get into a bluesy jam without being inspired by something I'm listening to. I achieve my goal in getting into a bluesy feel with the Spider II; it's really not such a terrible amp.

This is a quicker and shorter version .. I said in here the mid was all the way off but actually the sound was preset and I believe its more in the middle. Sorry I don't prepare for these videos, I just walked downstairs and turned it on and played. In other words, I'm not flaunting my great guitar skills(LOL), just giving a sample of how this amp sounds. By the way, I'm tuned down 1/2 step.
