More than 50% of the sound effects were created from scratch for this trailer and are not part of the original film.
The soundtrack music for the trailer is all original and was written, arranged and played by MasterOfTheCut himself. It is his interpretation of the TRON original music score...

1982 - Tron - Trailer
Kevin Flynn is a former employee of the software corporation ENCOM, now running a arcade. Flynn has been trying to hack into ENCOM's mainframe computer to find evidence that ENCOM's senior executive Ed Dillinger stole four video games he created. But Dillinger's supercomputer "Master Control Program" foils Flynn's efforts and dictates and controls most of the computer systems. One night, Flynn's former girlfriend Lora and her boyfriend, ace computer programmer Alan Bradley helps Flynn break into ENCOM to shut down the MCP with Alan's security program "TRON". But MCP uses Lora's matter transmission program and converts Flynn into data and sends him into the computer. Flynn finds himself in a electronic world ruled by the MCP and his evil chief henchman Sark, where computer programs are the alter-egos of their creators and are forced to compete in gladiatorial games. With help from Tron, a heroic and fearless security program and his lover, Yori, Flynn sets out destroy the MCP and help Tron liberate the system from the MCP's control, by destroying the MCP is Flynn's only way of returning to the real world.

Tron - I'm Blue
Okay, before you all blink in shock, give this music video a chance. Tron was my favorite movie growing up and I had to honor it with a video. Unfortunatly I couldn't find a song until I heard this one on the radio and c'mon! It fits!
For some odd reason, the oldschool FX for the movie made it pixalated in some scenes. Go figure. Enjoy!

Tron: The Light Cycle Race
Kevin Flynn has had his video games that he's written stolen from him by fellow programmer Ed Dillinger. After being fired from ENCOM, the company that both men work for, Flynn goes on to try to hack into the system from the outside with little luck. But with the help of associates, Alan Bradley and his girlfriend Lora, Flynn sneaks back into ENCOM after hours and attempts to enter the system from within the company. But Dillinger's ultra intelligent Master Control Program (MCP) is monitoring his movements. When Flynn refuses to stop his hack, the MCP turns a digitising laser on Flynn and sends the programmer's molecules inside the computer to a world where energy lives and breaths, and programs take on the form of their programmers. The MCP intends to deal with Flynn in the digital world where he believes he can kill him via electronic gladiatorial games.
Meanwhile, in the real world Dillinger has lost full control over the MCP, which is in the process of hacking into and controlling all the world's computers.
