June 20th -- Fazliddin Yakubov (fahz-lih-DEEN' YAH'-koo-bahv) and his son stop for gas at this service-station in Cleveland -- -- there's some kind of verbal altercation. Yakubov seems to brush something from his hair -- and then -- he's shot three times. The sound of gunfire is picked up by a camera inside the store.SOT: nats [Notes:mugshot of William Neal]Police say the tape has helped lead to the arrest of this man -- 18-year-old William Neal. They also say Yukubov -- who is from Uzbekistan -- may been targeted for reciting a Muslim prayer while at the station. [Notes:video from WEWS of restaurant, sot of mos] The crime shocked those who know the immigrant as a local restaurant owner.SOT: why do you have to target him -- he's a good man -- always would sit you down etc ..
