Senator Dorgan (D-ND) - Ethics - $5.6 Trillion Projection
Knowing that coincidental deception does not happen and after analyzing Senator Kent Conrad's reversal of positions from 2001 to 2007 on the factual content of the 2001 CBO report projecting a $5.6 trillion budget surplus over the next 10 years, based on the assumptions and uncertainties contained in the report, I proceeded to test a theory that Senator Conrad's deception influenced other politicians in the great state of North Dakota. Coming as no surprise, Senator Dorgan (D-ND) also has a similar reversal in positions from 2001 to 2007 on the factual content in the 2001 CBO report. But to my surprise, it appears the deception may have begun with Senator Dorgan and his Democratic Policy Committee. This video explains my statements. In any event, this video proves one point, coincidental deception does not occur; however, a pattern of deception does occur.

Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND) took to the floor today to deliver a scathing indictment of the Bush administration. From ignoring the PDB entitled "Bin Laden determined to strike in US" to the bogus intelligence given to us by Curveball — a drunkard whose assertions were 100% false and on whom we based our entire case for war — Sen. Dorgan's words are damning.
