K4S from UPSB has just informed me that I am not the original Creator of this Mod, but I do have permission to post this tutorial ^_^
"You don't need a PDS Comssa v.11... All you need is a Dong-A Comssa with two black caps (ignore sticker).
Secondly, I those aren't "Comssa grips" they're Anyball/Profile Grips.
Lastly, I would recommend using razor blades for the most accurate cuts.
The Anyball grip is comprised of three "stripes".

I've decided to let this stand as its own post since the tutorial is decent and I'm sure it will help some people. However, you are not the original creator of this mod as this variation is not new.
For those who are too lazy to watch the full video, the Dr.Comssa in a nutshell is a comssa with dr.grip tips held on by dr.grip & anyball grips.
