Chick Endor & Leonard Joy Orch.- Love Me Or Leave Me, 1928
"Love Me or Leave Me" is a U.S. popular song from the 1920s. The music was written by Walter Donaldson and the lyrics by Gus Kahn. The song was introduced in the Broadway play, Whoopee!
The original version of the song was recorded by Ruth Etting on December 17, 1928.
As the song was considered to be one of Etting's biggest hits, its title was chosen for the 1955 biographical movie about her life, in which Doris Day played Etting. Day's recording of the song, from the soundtrack, became a major hit for her. The same year, Lena Horne also experienced success with her version of the song.
Chick Endor was one of the most popular crooners of the pre-Bing Crosby era (as Dick Robertson, Smith Ballew, Scrappy Lambert or Jack Miller). He is accompanied by "Leonard Joy Orchestra" which is probvably one of the 1920s Victor in-house bands, directed by Leonard Joy (just like the excellent High Hatters - probably the best Victor's label & Leonard Joy's hot dance productof the Roaring Twenties).

Star Wars: Rogue Leader - Endor Battle (Mikonos)
"Star Wars: Rogue Leader (Rogue Squadron II)" es el motivo de que hace 2 años adquiriese mi primera consola de Nintendo, la "Game cube". Durante todo ese tiempo, la consola estuvo guardada en su caja a la espera de ser estrenada hasta que finalmente, este juego me fue regalado por un usuario de "Zona Arcade", y en castellano, como era mi deseo tenerlo.
Siempre fui un gran seguidor de la saga "Star Wars", y en mi juventud y adolescencia soñaba con ser un piloto de la "Alianza Rebelde". Recuerdo perfectamente, muchos años después "aquellos maravillosos años", el dÃa en que una persona me mostró por primera vez este juego. Me quedé absolutamente prendado y extasiado por los gráficos, la música y fidelidad con las pelÃculas.
En "Star Wars: Roge Leader" se reproducen muy fielmente las batallas galácticas que tenÃan lugar en los episodios IV, V y VI, con una factura técnica casi perfecta (hay algunas ralentizaciones). Hasta los diálogos contribuirán de manera inenarrable a situarte en la acción repitiéndose las conversaciones entre los pilotos que ya antes conocÃamos de las pelÃculas.¡El sueño de ser un piloto rebelde se ha cumplido!
Para divulgar aún más este tÃtulo de la Cube, me he animado a realizar un vÃdeo de uno de esos momento de máximo clÃmax que hay en el juego, "La Batalla sobre la luna de Endor". Comprobaréis, aquà más que en ninguna otra parte del juego, esa fidelidad a la pelÃcula que os habÃa comentado; hasta la coreografÃa de cámara está conseguida.
