This is the style test (maneability) of working equitation ( 1 of 3 tests one must pass). The horses shown are in the portugese national final in Golega. All pure Lusitano stallions. Note: all ride with 1 hand on the rein.
This is medium level.
Famous horses: Mulato and Nohio. The rider on the cremello stallion (Sol) is Eduardo Almeida. The rider on Nohio (small black one) is the most beautiful i have seen - so calm and easy. perfect harmony.

Lusitano - Portugese Equitation 2006
This is Portugese Equitation. or portugese dressage. All horses are purebred Lusitano stallions. I dont know the level. This type of dressage has to do with the work with bulls. That is why it shows different excercises.

This is Portugese equitation. The horse is a 6 year old purebred Lusitano stallion called Talisma. Ridden by Eduardo Almeida. Even though this was one of his first events he became nr 3. in Golega.
As a 4 year old he got a silver medal in Golega and became an approved stallion.
