earthquake evacuation
mobile phone video taken after a series of earthquakes. here you can see that people were taking the stairs down cause the elevators' not safe to use. the 3rd earthquake was the time when the building management decided to evacuate the people to double check the building for damage (it's an old building so they better check). it was a strong one, wish i could have filmed the actual event when all our computers were shaking and the power was flickering like mad.. fortunately we were just on the 18th level so it was not that hard going down..
