What literally HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of other YT USERS have done is the reason YOU-TUBE is beings sued by VIA-COM for 1.6 BILLION DOLLARS in damages and may go out of business because of the lawsuit.

MAYBE SOME RECORDING ARTISTS actually need the ROYALTY FEE MONIES..........

The point is: It's not for US to say one way or the other, STEALING their
Genius and trying to make ourselves look cool by gloming on to their VIRTUOSO COMMERCIAL POP VIBE is just simply WRONG.
SOMEONE INVESTED A LOT OF MONEY to a record company and a distribution company to have that song produced and distributed.
It's only fair they get paid for their efforts.
All I know is if anyone ever UNLAWFULLY used my COPYRIGHTED Material
Without having the BASIC COURTESY to ask or to register and pay a very reasonable fee......... I would label that person as a THIEF and sue them also.
I wouldn't HATE that person or whatever. But I would be justified by labeling the individual a THIEF and saying that they Ripped something off from me.
All I'm saying is:
Please try to be more respectfull of the very institution that you aspire to be a part of.
The fact that any user is not SELLING THE VIDEO that they are using the copyrighted music in, does not reduce the fact that they are violating Copyright Laws. Without written or oral permission from whoever actually OWNS the PUBLISHING RIGHTS you and everyone else who does it, has BROKEN THE LAW....... thats all I'm saying...
I'm not gonna NARK anybody off, They're already busted. It's just that the abuse is so rampant and relatively commonplace that it really is unbelievable to me.

Any time I see somebody condoning the ilegal use of copyrighted music I send them this E-MAIL. It's a kind of Awareness Cause of sorts I've adopted.
Bottom line..... All I'm doing is trying to raise awareness about people using their own Creativity instead of just Gloming on to someone
elses Illegal To Use, without paying, COPYRIGHTED artistic expressions.
It just honestly blows my mind to see People who are taking their artistic exspresions so seriously and yet they just pie out and rip off other peoples soundtracks / melodys......... Thats all............

Finally, The reason some people are getting away with it and others are not is just simply this, THE LUCK OF THE DRAW

It was just anyones RANDOM turn to get a ticket. It happens to EVERYBODY who breaks the law eventually, so there is nothing to get bent about regarding any PARTICULAR individual.
