First off I wouldn't reccommend trying the front flip on grass because if you land wrong it will hurt... a lot. If you don't have anywhere safe to do it then just get your bed matress or some cusions off your sofa

This tutorial is simply my technique in how I do my frontflips, its how I find it easier and less scary it may not neccesarily be the best technique 4 you. so what u want to do is watch lots of tutorials and read lots of tutorials then experiment on what feels better for you

At the start u probably wont even come close to landing it, front flips take a lot of strength to do, i remember wen i 1st started doin them i was landing on my back everytime. this will happen because your not used to using the muscles it requires to do the flip. the best way to build em up is to do the flip over and over and try to land it but if u land on ur back its ok. after abwt 30 your start gettin closer to landing it but ur muscles will be hurting. when ur muscles hurt alot then stop and call it a day

For the next couple of days your legs, back and stomach r gna be killing you! this is a normal process, it jus means u hav ripped the muscle fibres in ur body which is good because after a few days when the hurting goes they would have healed and become a damn lot stronger! (this happend to me). and now wen u try and do the flip ur get even closer to landing it coz ur muscles are prepared for it.
