((Picture of mom))Casey Anthony was arrested and charged with child neglect and criminal obstruction when she reported her daughter missing last week ((broll of atty))Her attorney says the 22 year old woman should be released so she can help out with their investigation.((Jose Baez/Atty for Girl's Mom: There's no legal basis to have her denied bond. She's entitled. )) ((crime tape at the house))Baez says he'd rather not say why the woman waited so long after her child disappeared to go to the police. But authorities have said she told them she had been conducting her own investigation.Investigators also claim that Anthony has repeatedly lied to them and shown little concern for her missing daughter.
