Sleepwalker feat. HH City Allstars - Vorsprechtermin
Die Amis um Primo, Dre oder Rza haben es vorgemacht, die neueste Sparte des Hip Hop sind die Beatbastler. Auch in Deutschland erarbeiten sich Produzenten wie Busy, Tropf, Melbeatz, Roey Marquis oder DJ Desue zusehends mehr Renomee. Einer der erfolgreichsten dieser Zunft hört auf den coolen Namen Sleepwalker. "Ich hab meinen Namen schon zu Recht, denn ich kann nur nachts arbeiten", so Sleepy im Juice-Interview.
Im ungeliebten bürgerlichen Leben heißt der Hamburger Knöpfchendreher Marc Wichmann. Hits wie Samy Deluxes "Weck Mich Auf", "Zeitgeist 2000" und "Berlin Love" der Harleckinz oder das grandiose "Nie Nett" von den Absolute Beginners gehen auf sein Konto. Zudem greift er KC Da Rookee, D-Flame, MC Rene, Brooke Russell, Schönheitsfehler, Nico Suave, Mr. Schnabel und Raptile studiotechnisch unter die Arme.
Ein Album der 2 Live Crew verursacht in Teenie Marc den dringenden Wunsch, Musik zu machen. Diese Passion hindert ihn zum Glück daran, dass er eine kriminielle Schlägerkarriere startet. So überlebt Sleepy Schulpsychologen und Verweise en Masse einigermaßen unbeschadet, denn mit Kumpel SMG und zwei Kollegen aus Altona gründet er Anfang der 90er die Britcoreband Readykill. Neben diversen Samplerbeiträgen und Maxis produziert Sleepwalker noch Direkt Action, MC Syren und R.A.F., die alle auf der Hamburg Hardcore-Compilation auftauchen.
Als die Britcore-Welle langsam aber sicher abebbt und Readykill das Zeitliche segnen, zieht er sich in sein Kellerstudio zurück, um zwei lang dem Wutang zu frönen und an eigenen Beats zu basteln. Eines seiner liebste Favoriten ist übrigens Killah Priests "Heavy Mental". Mit unzähligen Tracks im Rücken trift er sich 1998 mit Mr. Schnabel im Boogiepark Studio und bekommt prompt einen Produzentenvertrag angeboten, den er wegen finanzieller Probleme dankend annimmt.
Es folgen die bereits erwähnten Produktionen für die Emcee-Elite in Deutschland, und im Jahre 2001 steht dann der "Vorsprechtermin" in den Läden. Das von Sleepy in Zusammenarbeit mit Bubbles, Denyo und City Nord produzierte Hamburger Allstar-Doppelalbum wartet mit der gesamten Creme De La Creme der Hansestadt auf: Mr. Schnabel, Nina, Nico Suave, Moqui Marbles, Absolute Beginner, Deichkind, Samy Deluxe, Twisted, Simon Vegas, Phantom Black, Ferris MC, Eins Zwo, Paolo 77 und Illo 77 sind am Start. Der Titeltrack schafft es in die Top 40 der Charts. Als Slang Daddy versucht er sich in Intros und Interludes sogar ein paar Mal als Rapper.
In den folgenden Jahren widmet er sich dann verstärkt seiner Hamburger Hill-Crew. Zusammen mit SMG, Milestyles, Hanseknaller und Lil'D wirft er 2002 12'Inch auf 12'Inch unters Rap-Volk, und im Februar 2003 erscheint das HH-Debütalbum "Alles Aus".

Description: This movie is a music video set to the song "Monsters" by Matchbook Romance. It has the "Platoon" styling of video that many of you have been wanting for a long time mixed with a semi-apparent, semi-hidden meaning.
This movie took about 4-5 days to complete, however, I didn't release it due to the fact that I was working on our new logo (featured in the movie).
Do not expect the world out of this movie... it came out great but we know how you guys keep raising the bar every time we make a movie lol... I do believe it turned out great being that we didn't spend weeks on it like we did with movies like Frequency.
*Update* Since many people asked, I wanted to mention that the hidden meaning behind this video is... In war, we are all the monsters.
Many viewers may watch this movie and feel that the Elite is the bad guy or vice versa, but at the end things switch up a little as it turned out to be a recon attack. In situations like this in life, it's really up to the viewer to decide who is the true monster. This ties in to real world situations like the war in Iraq, are we the monsters or are they?

HMV Hell (Halo Music Video Hell) is a music video montage inspired by the AMV Hell Anime (Anime Music Video Hell) Series where anime-fans took songs from all different genres of music and matched them up visually to anime clips from movies and TV shows. In the AMV series, all of the anime clips were matched up to the music in comedic ways to give the entire movie a comedy feel with lots of variations to keep you interested. In HMV, I decided to take the genre that AMV created and apply it to Halo... Of course I added my own style of filming, editing and comedy which most of you can easily recognize by now.

I don't really ship H/Hr but I think Dan and Emma would make a perfect couple (;
Storyline; Basically goes with the lyrics (again). :D Harry and Hermione are a couple until Harry sees Hermione dancing with Malfoy in the Yule Ball. Later Harry finds out that Hermione is dating Ron too :'D So Harry is pretty upset with it and in the end he breaks up with her for good.
Oh and about the crystal ball scene if you don't get it :D..: Hermione sees the future: Harry will find a new lover (Cho) and Hermione is going to be miserable and alone :D

Description: This is a music video we created for the song titled "Beautiful Needler" by Archie Gates which is a spoof on the song "Beautiful" by Christina Aguilera. We thought the spoof song was so funny and well-made that we had to make it better by acting it out on camera. Again, we did not create or have any part in the writing of the song, all credit for the song itself goes to Archie Gates.
