Not many turned on by BC Hydro's turn it off campaign
The City of Glass was the City of Lights on May 16, despite BC Hydro's noble energy saving campaign for the sake of the environment. Lions Gate Bridge was supposed to be dark, but wasn't. Sustainability is a buzzword at VANOC, but it had lights on at its headquarters. BC Hydro's corporate offices were the darkest downtown.

Toa Hydros Phantoka & Vanak
Toa Hydros Phantoka:
Biography:
A short time after the Toa Nuva were dispatched to Karda Nui, the OoMN learned that the Makuta known as Verahk was headed to the region to join his brother and sister Makuta. Knowing this would be a problem, they outfitted Hydros with flying gear and had Botar teleport him to a small patch of land left over from Voya Nui. Hydros then swam through the Pit to reach the location.
After a number of encounters with Verahk, Hydros was captured. He was later exposed to a special Shadow Leech that both drained his light (turning him into Shadow Hydros) and put him under Verahk' control.
He is currently serving Verahk as Shados.
Powers and Abilities:
Same as before.
Mask and Tools:
Hydros wears the Kanohi Hau. He is equiped with a sword, Midahk Skyblaster, and Protosteel Talons. He also has two energized Protosteel wings tha allow him to fly.
Weaknesses:
Same as before.
Vanak:
Vanak is an Av-Matoran and a resident of Karda Nui.
Biography:
He is a scoute for his village and was Raniza's closest friend. However, Raniza turned on him when he was turned into a Shadow Matoran by Makuta Verahk. Vanak was able to escape them and later met up with Toa Hydros. He will help Hydros in his battle agianst Verahk.
Powers and Abilities:
Vanak is very brave, willing to stand up to virtually anyone when those he cares about are in danger. He is also a brilliant stratigist.
Like all Av-Matoran, Vanak can access small portions of his elemental light powers. This means he can change his body colors, as well as shoot light bolts. When linked with Hydros he can transform himself and Hydros into pure light energy (similar to Umbra's power). He also acts as a living source of light energy for Hydros's Midayk Skyblaster.
Mask and Tools:
Vanak wears a powerless Huna. His weapons are two Power Swords that can focus his light powers. He also has a rocket booster on his back.

Lost - Smolderthorn (US) v. Hydros. We use 5 tanks: 1 Nature Resist 1 Frost Resist, then 3 more for the adds. We tank each add and AoE them down. We stop dps and heals to move the boss to each phase. Rinse, Wash Repeat.

Finally. The hydros have been installed.
I bought a 64 4 years ago.
I bought a hydro kit for said 64 3 years ago.
Finally, they have joined forces (the delay was partially due to lazziness, partially due to the exhaust fitter burning down the f*cking car)
But its finally in. This is the first few minutes after we completed the install. Sorry im a bit of a pussy with my first lil test.
