In Mitten einer inzwischen total verdummten Menschheit und von Blödheit regierten Welt sind die beiden allen anderen mit ihrer Intelligenz haushoch überlegen. Joe nutzt seine Chance und kandidiert bei den Präsidentschaftswahlen in Amerika.
