Crazy new slams from Barber!!
Lots of people have been curious about Justin Barber since he made the front page of youtube and gave Flying101 a lot of publicity. He is about 5'10 and yes he can dunk 10. He can actually windmill but unfortunately we havent captured that yet.
Barber also gives an update on the low rim challenge. For those who think those dunks are easy to do on 8', please do em! Don't talk, do. That's what the contest is for.

With Rudy's recent heel injury, Jumpsoles have helped him recover and keep the pressure off his heel.
6'3" Rudy Clemens is one of the most talented 1 foot jumpers we've ever seen. But he has had unfortunate luck recently. He's had to deal with personal issues off the court as well as phyiscal injuries. First its been his back, then his heel, now his shoulder.
He's perservered through these hard times and actually performed some dunks on an outdoor rim (when he's in the pure white tee no hat) on a court which was perfectly 10, but with no traction on a concrete surface when he could barely even walk. We told him to take it easy but he's got so much passion to be out there he doesn't listen to us or his doctors. Hopefully he'll be back to 100% in the near future, but in the clip he was operating at maybe 70%.

***HOW TO MAKE JUMPSOLES*** (Vertical Jump Secret)***
An instructional video showing how to make 'Jumpsoles'. Its easy and cheap, and just as effective as the real thing. To buy actual Jumpsoles off the website it will cost you a few hundred dollars, so making a pair seems to be a pretty sensible option! If you are having issues making them, i will be happy to make some for you at a low cost.
All you have to do is look at some of the jumpsole test results on youtube to see that they do have some positive results.
All you need is a pair of 'Crocs', a 'Pool Noodle' and some duct tape to put them together.
I also go through some exersices you can do with them to increase your vertical! At the moment my standing vertical is roughy 90cm's, or 35 inches.
I can't stress enough the importance of a weights and strength program alongside the jumpsole exercises, in order to gain maximum results.
*** Do i have to use crocs or can i use sneakers? I've been asked this a million times! duct tape sticks better to crocs then sneakers, but other then that, im sure you can use old shoes! let me know if you still get results with them!***

6'1" Smoove - Beginning dunker; vertical leap jumpsoles

Cedric Franklin (Smoove) hasn't been measured but we estimate him about 6'1. Although he isn't officially listed as a Flying101 dunker (which could change soon), Smoove plays the point for us in a roster full of pro ball talent that has expanded its capacity to participate in charity/all star games in an attempt to interact with the community and audience.
Smoove is the man when it comes to ball, as he is considering playing the point for Georgia State. Unfortunately when it comes to dunking however, he is in the shadow of his brother Rudy. But given his tremendous work ethic combined with the fact he's only been dunking for a little over a month, he should start making some noise very soon. Since the video has been made, Ced has already shown improvement, as he is dunk training 5 days a week which includes a steady dose of jumpsoles, weights, plyos, and healthy eating. He is getting close on the between the legs, cartwheel and behind the back, so hopefully when we release his progress video sometime within the next few months he will be hitting some more technical and original dunks.
