Uninteresting Maxed Out Trivia.
The house they referred to as "Janne O'Donnel's House" is actually Mark W. Mumma's house.
Alexis Spraic, the editor of Maxed Out, didn't have an exterior shot of Janne's house so she used Mark's instead. While Janne has never been to Mark's house, the Mumma's have invited Janne and John to come up to OKC and enjoy some crab legs and grilled shrimp at their earliest convenience. Janne and Hubby actually live in Norman, OK, not Oklahoma City, OK.
Who knows, maybe Janne and John will fall in love with the place so Mark and Rita can sell it to them and pay their attorney fees from the lawsuit which is one of the topics in Mark's first feature documentary, SLAPP SUIT

me playing assassins creed on pc with everything maxed out besides the resolution that is on 1024x768.

Here it is.
The best you could possibly do stat-wise in the Spore Creature Creator without hacking the game senseless.
Phoenix has every single ability, attack and socialization maxed (5), as well has having a mating call, graspers, sight, hearing and smell. I've seen quite a few attempts at this on Youtube myself, but I have yet to see one with not one thing missing. So, after fussing around for a few hours, it was done.

Q. That doesn't look like a phoenix...
A. Hey, it's the best I could do. Considering there is no part on the creature that is there 'just to be pretty', I'd say it looks pretty close. Plus, a more updated version of his appearance can be found on his SporeWiki page.
Q. How many DNA points did it use up?
A. 1696 (with 304 left over)
Q. What parts did you use?
A. A list of Phoenix's parts and detailed statistics can be found on his SporeWiki linked page above.
Q. The '23' next to the blue abilities isn't green though.
A. And it never will be. From what I've read on SporeWiki, 23 is the absolute max that the game will show. Hearing and smell are supposed to add 1 each, which would make it 25.
Q. How did you get the spitters to float?
A. It's a glitch in the game. If you've ever played around with the shape of the face while objects are attached to it, you will notice that they will sometimes fall off the face. I used this glitch to make them float.
Q. Aww, I wanted to see it coloured...
A. So do I... So I might post an update when I get a better graphics card, so we can see how he ACTUALLY looks.
Q. Is it actually possible to do better?
A. I don't think so. But what WOULD be impressive is if someone got the same maximum stats while using a different combination of parts.
Q. What music is that?
A. It's a song from the game franchise Touhou. It's a Japanese manic shooter game. I believe the song itself is called End of Air.

Spore: How to Make a Maxed Stats Creature - Phoenix
So, quite a few people have been wanting a Phoenix of their own... Unfortunately, the SporeEncyclopedia won't accept him because his compexity meter is maxed (a weird bug that happens sometimes). So I gave people a detailed list of Phoenix's parts and what they add... ... but still to no avail. No one seems to be getting it.
And then bloodrocker2 gave an excellent suggestion. Why don't I just make a video? It's what I do, after all.
So, if you're still having trouble with building Phoenix after this... then it's gotta be you. xD Sorry!

Note: This video assumes that you know how to resize and turn parts. The basic stuff...
Because this video is simply a reverse of me taking one part at a time off Phoenix, I will not show you how each part is supposed to be sized. Also, my curser may move in silly ways.
Not that it matters. The only important thing is that you have the part on him.
The exact shape of the base isn't important. But you must only have three sections to his spine.
PAUSE!! See that limb there? It doesn't have any elbows or knees. This is essential. To do this, you must hold down CTRL, click down on one section of your original limb, and then drag it off. It should be cut in half.
And he's done!
I hope you were able to find this video useful. If you follow each step, then all of his stats should be green.
Note: Abilities will still be 23 (where as 25 is the max) because the creature creator will not show it above 23. But his abilities are actually 27 (above max). This will probably be fixed in the full release.
