HBO's prestige historical drama "John Adams" was the overall frontrunner with 23 bids."30 Rock," honored as best comedy series last year, was the top nominee among sitcoms with 17 nods. Another first this year - reality show hosts can win an Emmy.The nominees include Ryan Seacrest from "American Idol," Tom Bergeron from "Dancing With The Stars," Howie Mandel from "Deal or No Deal," Jeff Probst from "Survivor" and Heidi Klum who kicked off the fifth season of "Project Runway" Wednesday. The Emmy Awards will be held September 21st on ABC.
