Myopia and Awareness (Part 1)
The Jogger who has extreme myopia produces progress and success, but may lose track of surroundings. Under the illusion that he's getting somewwhere.
In congrast, the jogger who has extreme awareness feels passion and love, but may not achieve progress nor success.
In a nutshell extreme myopia produces progress and success, but neglects passion and identity, while extreme awareness produces passion and love and identity, but abandons the necessary achievement of progress and success.
Paulo Coelho has a brilliant example of these all-too-frequent sources of uncertainty in life. Certainty is achieving a balance between myopia and awareness.
Achieving a successful balance and source of freedom between the extremes of myopia and Awareness.
Overcoming your inner judge and inner critic with that freedom of exercise, competing against yourself and by that healthy balance.
