Pas tellement quand on découvre qu'il s'agit d'un hommage du Maestro Oscar Mancino à ses fans genevois, inspiré par une ville qui est devenue la sienne.
L' artiste lyrique, et compositeur napolitain nous présente son CD "The Voice of Naples"- 12 chansons inédites de grande beauté vocale et musicale, produit par la Libero Music Publishing de Londre et enregistré à Naples.
Le Maestro Oscar Mancino a l'énergie volcanique de Naples qui coule dans ses veines. Il est un chanteur d'opéra exceptionnel, à l'ancienne, avec une étendue vocale allant du register de baryton à celui de tenor dramatique.
Un des grands interprètes de Verdi, et en particulier de
Rigoletto, il est depuis toujours passionné par la contribution Napolitaine au monde de la musique. Ses compatriots l'ont surnommé "La Voix de Naples".
Lui-même auteur, il a inspiré plusieurs compositeurs contemporains de chansons napolitaines, qui le considèrent comme le nouveau Caruso et qui lui offrent leur plus belles chansons.
Avec son CD "The Voice of Naples" Oscar Mancino fait
reviver la chanson napolitaine dans toute sa diversité et sa richesse trop longtemps cantonnée dans le sillon d'O Sole Mio!

napolitaines avec un titre en français "Voici Geneve",
"Musica" en italien et "Amore e lacreme", en napolitain et
