Perfect Nozzle
You are looking at a screen fitted with Perfect Nozzles.
If you have problems with your polyuretane spray nozzles cause they are clogging up or wearing to fast? In that case D.W.S. Nederweert BV has the solution for you in form of the Perfect Nozzle, a new type spray nozzle wich can be used for washing sand, gravel etc. The Perfect nozzle is made of a durable rubber, wich results in very long tooltime, even when your washing water is polluted with fines. The unique flexible wateroutlet makes it possible that Perfect Nozzle is selfcleaning, it creates a circleform pattern wich has a good washing effect. If desired the Perfect Nozzle can be supplied as a broad-jet nozzle, in wich case you have to take in account that the selfcleaning action of the Perfect Nozzle will be less. Provided with a 3/4" thread connection the Perfect Nozzle can be used to replace the common polyurethane spray nozzles. The Perfect Nozzle is usable as of a pressure of 150 kPa (1,5 bar of 22 PSI). Under average conditions the perfect Nozzle will use about 50 till 60 liter water per minute.
