"Open Letter" to Military General Officers
This is a request for general officers to review their oath of office and contemplate what it means, especially in light of how to respond to domestic enemies of the Constitution. You appear to be our only hope in avoiding another unnecessary bloodbath in a thirdworld country which has little means to project power outside of its own borders and has not attacked us(Iran).

Sean Bell Shooting Verdict - No Convictions for Officers
This is a video of the Sean Bell Shooting verdict on April 25, 2007 by a Judge. No Convictions for police officers involved.
In my personal opinion, after listening to the video for the 3rd time, I realized what they were saying. Basically, the judge is ruling on the fact that the prosecution (Lawyers and Witnesses trying to make a case to convict the police officers) did not provide grounds beyond a reasonable doubt that the officers acted negligently. However, I think the facts presented says otherwise. Regardless if there was a gun at the scene or not, 50 shots is a massive amount of shots to fire at one man within a crowd of people. If it was say 10 bullets from the combined officers then a shout to say they are police officers and ask them to surrender would have been a logical attempt to not kill a man that night.
I think that this high profile case is one turning point for New York City and All law enforcement agencies across the country. I do not believe there will be much peace after this, and I would not blame gangs to start shooting at police on purpose because of this insanity.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but in this case, I personally would put the judge on the list of defendants in a federal appeal and if it goes further, also on the defendants list for the supreme or us district court case ahead.

EDIT ==
=======
People tend to forget that the Police is not "Chosen" by citizens or residents of a state, they are enlisted, trained and deployed by the state government and in according to legislation.
The people of this state, yes both black, white, hispanic or whatever else you call yourself, have forgotten their true power. If a majority of new york citizens come together and sign a petition, to do Whatever, whether it be to remove a public official or to remove/reverse a previous judgment, can be exercised in full effect if people are conscious and understand why this would be possible and very powerful. As you can see, any type of social gathering is taxed, watched, and surveillanced closely to stop any such possible threat to "Government". Marching, Picketting, shouting, Screaming, holding up signs, begging, pleading, and the like, cannot be heard by a corporate structure. Voices cannot make sound on paper, nor can it echo a roar that scares politicians, judges and attorneys.
New York people's inability to see this is a sad thing, and from first hand experience, only things that threaten possible damage and harm legally can and will force these monsters to shape up and see that they too can be inflicted with consequences that follow their actions. Know the Law, Fight Back in Their Arena!
