PCOS Weight Loss Journey
I began my new life on March 01 2007
I have lost 102 pounds to date.
I did NOT have surgery, go on a "diet" or any other gimick.
I simply ate what I should with my PCOS and worked out a minimum of 45 min. a day.
If you have any questions about my weight loss or PCOS, feel free to ask. But, PLEASE, don't just ask "how did you do it?" I won't respond to such an open ended question that has already been answered. Specifics please :)
UPDATE everyone. I've lost more weight since the video. I am now 186.2 as of this morning. I plan on making a video of exactly WHAT I did..b/c I have been flooded with questions. Just give me a little time. Thanks, guys.

My Story with PCOS
This is my personal story with PCOS~ and yes, I say "um" a lot. I left out that along with the weight gain I also got a ton of unwanted hair growth. It is such a pain to deal with but I have been doing it for so long now! PCOS Awareness
This is a video about PCOS that I made. I was diagnosed with PCOS after trying to get pregnant for about 5 years. I was on my period nonstop, gained weight I could not get off, and grew hair everywhere! I finally went to a doctor that knew what she was talking about. I has a Sonohistogram done and a uterine ultrasound which confimed that I have PCOS. They also found 2 polyps on my uterus wich was a result of leaving my PCOS untreated for so long. I had a Hysteroscopy surgery done to remove them and my thick lining and I am now on Metformin to keep things under control. I am proud to say that I have had normal periods this month since the surgery!
Please spread the word on PCOS! There are so many people that are too afraid to go get checked out. Thanks for watching.
