Justin Timberlake - Lovestoned (Mysto & Pizzi Remix)
Hey hey finally a new video, just in time for christmas ;) . We finally got the chance to do a video for our Justin Timberlake "Lovestoned" Remix. This remix is official and we're really proud of this one, we experimented with the sound a little and tried something new. Its crazy cause its featured on the same cd that Dj Tiesto's remix is, and he's like one of the best out there. Even though remixing isnt our main thing, we're blessed to have some of the remix placements we've gotten. We're gonna try to put up our Britney Spear's "Piece of Me" remix video later on this week or next week. If you wanna hear the full version of the Lovestoned remix then just hit our myspace, its on our player there. Stay tuned for alot more on the way next couple weeks, we got alot!! of footage that still needs to be edited, but its coming. Mysto & Pizzi produce R. Kelly "Get Dirty" ft Chamillionaire
Whats good everyone, we're real excited to present to you the making of R. Kelly's "Get Dirty". This is our first Major placement ;) . The track features Chamillionaire and is on R. Kelly's brand new album "Double Up" which is officially out today. Its been a tough little journey gettin the track on the album but we finally made it. Its crazy how we grew up listening to R. Kelly, were heavely influenced by his many styles, and now finally came to a point in our budding career where we have placed a song on his album. Mysto & Pizzi Beatmaking Live @ OpenLabs Day 2
Hey guys, as promised, here is the footage from Day 2 of the OpenLabs Live Broadcast. This time around we did a slow r&b/pop ballad and then remixed it towards the end. We also got Dave from OpenLabs to lay down some guitars, straight into the Neko, live on the spot. This video is a bit longer and more in depth of our beatmaking process. Mysto & Pizzi present "Write to a Mysto & Pizzi track"
Hey sorry for the late update, Mysto was sick for like a week and then we had midterms in school so we was out of the loop. Anyway though, we came up with an interesting idea today. We decided to make a beat publicly available to all the writers out there. We show how we made the beat in the video and then we posted it up on our page @ http://www.mystoandpizzi.com/writers . Basically if your a writer, you get a chance to write a song on one of our beats and submit it to us. Mysto & Pizzi Beatmaking Live @ OpenLabs Day 1
Whats good people, here is the long awaited footage from the live broadcast we did @ OpenLabs back in June. This is day 1 of the 3 day broadcast and we had enough time to do 2 tracks live on the spot, just feelin it out. First beat was kind of an uptempo urban/pop track and the second one is more of a darker hiphop vibe. This was our first time working on the Neko and we just have to say that its an incredible machine, Quad Core, 1 Terabyte of HD Space, 4Gb of ram, more then you need to do almost anything, like this video, which was edited entirely on the Neko :) . The broadcast was a blast and we got to meet some new people including the whole OpenLabs staff, who are an amazing bunch and some of the featured broadcast artists/producers. Make sure to check out the video, leave us some comments and stay tuned for Day 2 and Day 3 footage coming in a couple of days.

Mysto & Pizzi do a Virgin Mobile commercial "Phone Poets"
Hey guys sorry for the delay, but now that we are coming off of our GTA IV high, here is a new video as promised. Basically our good friend Adam @ Agent Jackson contacted us about a commercial they were working on for Virgin Mobile. They needed a beat + song with an old school hiphop vibe to it, something like a tribe called quest type feel. So we went ahead and did this track which you'll see in the video. We then hit up our man Trajik (myspace.com/trajikonline) to write a verse and hook on the beat to complete the track. It came out great and virgin ended up using the track !!!. So make sure to check out the whole video and then peep the actual commercial in the end. We're real excited about this placement, since it aired alot during primetime hours and on all the good channels during the good shows :) .
