Rezoning 1.872 acres, Morgan Road
We're going to be bringing you all the interesting parts of the various meetings we attend. The property was A-R and R-20, the owner, who plans to build a rental property, was requesting that it all be rezoned to R-20. Toward the end (if you get that far, these rezonings can be a bit boring... but they are important as they are shaping the future of Fayette County) you'll see that one Commissioner chose to recuse himself, another disclosed a relationship with the attorney (not the land-owner).
