Back in 2001, Else-Marie Östling, the global CTO of IconMedialab (now LBi International), told me that skydiving will change my life.
I'm ready to change my life, so this weekend, on August 11th, 2007 (Saturday), I went up to Skydive The Ranch http://skydivetheranch.com in upstate New York for my first skydive with my co-workers from IconNicholson, Eduardo F. Ortiz and skydiver extraordinaire Colin Sutherland.
Until I have time to edit the video and compose an awesome dance track to replace this raw footage (shot by Oren Peri) which contains a bit too much SML dorky moments, here's your chance to see me flying tandem with Steve (Utah) Webb, a skydiving pro with 7,700 jump experience, for the thrill of my lifetime.

Viele kennen bereits das im Mai 2008 auf YouTube erschienene Telefonat der aufgebrachten Frau Zehnbauer, die sich über ihren laut "musizierenden" Nachbarn beschwert. I had so much fun last time that I decided to go back Skydive the Ranch http://skydivetheranch.com for seconds (T2)
This time I went with co-worker Adam S. Kirschner from IconNicholson and his college buddie Brad for this round of crazy stunt.
Colin Sutherland could not make it because it was CME's birthday. Eduardo F. Ortiz just jumped last week so he's not here either.
What does matter is that I had fun--and clearly Adam had fun also. You can see his video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ePkZn4xNmg
Last time was awesome, but this time I truly felt it. I still freaked a little when I jumped out of the plane, but it was all exciting shortly after... and for the first time around, I actually did enjoy the view very much.
Work hard, play hard.
It's all about the balance between life and work.
Skydiving... highly recommended!
