NUHS' ND: Vitalism Spiritism, Via A 'Thorough Scientific Foundation': I. The National University of Health Sciences claims that Naturopathy is Scientific: Note: Obviously, the label overarching any program at this University is one of SCIENCE. I.a. In "Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine," NUHS states (at http://www.nuhs.edu/show.asp?durki=49 ): "National University of Health Sciences[...] National's N.D. program provides you with a rigorous curriculum that blends thorough scientific foundation [!...]II. At that blog, in the entry "Science and Belief"(at http://www.nuhs.edu/show.asp?durki=716 ), Dr. Smith states: "This weekend I was reviewing my notes for a class today on the concept of 'vitalism' [...] a topic that I have taught before" [...]III. NHSU ND Courses with Vitalism Spiritism: III.a. (at http://www.nuhs.edu/show.asp?durki=476 ): "NT4201 Naturopathic Foundations I [...] of the clinical theory stream of courses in the ND program, which serves as a framework for practice [...] the naturopathic principles are discussed at length. V. The Therapeutic Order is Centered Upon Vitalism (a practitioner example): Emily Maiella, ND [Bastyr University] states in "Naturopathic Therapeutic Order" (at http://www.valleynaturopathicfamilymedicine.com/index.php?content=nto ): "[1.] stimulate the vis medicatrix naturae.
