Phun - Theo Jansen Mechanism
For those who dont know, Theo Jansen is a kinetic sculptor who created this mechanism to make living sculptures, his so called "strandbeests"(beach animals). The real ones(not my simulation) are powered by wind only and have a small artificial intelligence that doesnt use eletricity. If ur interested on his work, watch these videos:

Theo Jansen 's strandbeest at IU Indy
Theo Jansen visited Indiana University Indianapolis today, April 12, 2007, with one if his beautiful, amazing strandbeests. At one point a leg broke. He had a zip tie and it fixed in under a minute. I feel lucky.
