Tracie Spencer - Hide And Seek
Tracie Spencer was a preteen R&B singer from Waterloo, Iowa, who won on the 80's TV talent show Star Search, and had a self-titled album by age 12. That album had the youthful and innocent songs, Hide and Seek, Symptoms of Love True and a cover of John Lennon's Imagine.
Her 1990 album, Make The Difference, featured a mix of maturity and soulfulness, on songs like Tender Kisses, This House, Save Your Love, and This Time Make It Funky. She was one of a few artists young enough to have a comeback while still in her twenties. Spencer resurfaced in 1999 with the album, Tracie, which featured the song, Its All About You (Not About Me), as Spencer described this as her 'coming of age record'.
Aside from music, since the mid 1990s thru early 2000s, Tracie has appeared in small acting roles on TV and had acted in stage plays, as well as modeling for Tommy Hilfiger, Chanel and Dollhouse.
