VHP office in Nashik attacked

VHP nationwide bandh hits normal life
There were incidences of sporadic violence across the country on Thursday after a nationwide bandh call given by the saffron brigade. While the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) whole-heartedly supported the strike, in most parts in its ideological laboratory Gujarat, it distanced itself from the bandh call.

Today, The Indian state of Orissa - along with other parts of India - is engulfed in flames of 'hatred'. A prominent Brahmo-fascist Hindu leader was assassinated recently by, as yet, unknown assailants - leading to the Christian community being scapegoated for the murder. Thus hundreds (reports suggest over 800 churches), countless villages, thousands of homes and unreported amount of lives were hurt, damaged or simply destroyed by the radical Hindu mobs that set out to wreck havoc on Christian communities.
This systematic elimination of Christian community in Orissa is neither an isolated event, nor something new. It is a state sponsored act by the Indian state of Orissa [as has become the norm in other Indian states as well] - where the radical Hindu party called BJP (RSS/VHP/BajrangDal being its sister organizations) is in power. The state of Orissa has refused to take any major action to stop this genocide aganist Christians.
Now the Indian Supreme Court has ordered troops to be sent into Orissa to stop the Hindu extremist thugs. The Court also ordered the state government of Orissa to turn in evidence of whatever steps (if any) they have taken to stop the violence.

Christian Rajya Sabha member Suspect in Killing of VHP leader
Congress Rajya Sabha member and World Vision (Christian Missionery Organization)chief Radhakanta Nayak for the violence in Kandhamal is suspected to be behind killing of VHP leader and the chief of the ashram, Lakshmananda Saraswati, We demanded immediate action against him.
Rajya Sabha MP Radha Kant Nayak is a converted Pana and a blue-eyed boy of the Congress president. He doubles up as chief of the local chapter of World Vision, a highly energetic Christian outfit. Nayak is also connected with the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA). He uses his MP's fund to distribute largesse to converted Panas through his own NGO called 'Nishwas'. His alleged role in the murderous attack on Swami Laxmanananda on 24 December 2007 has not been probed to the satisfaction of the local populace.
Christian bureaucrats like Issac Behera and retired IPS officer John Nayak, Lok Sabha MP Sugrib Singh, and former Steel and Mines Minister Padmanabh Behera are other heavyweights who are hand-in-glove with missionaries. The Church reportedly gets massive funds from USA , Italy , Australia and several European countries, and Swami Laxmanananda's demand for an enquiry into the quantum of foreign funds flowing into the region and their utilization should in the fitness of things be accorded the status of the last testament.
Addressing a Press conference here, HJS joint organising secretary Basudev Barik, Sampark pramukha SP Acharya, State spokesman Simanchal Khatua and joint secretary Ajit Patnaik condemned the attack on Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati and threatened of a mass agitation over the issue. "World Vision NGO and it chief Nayak, who is also a Rajya Sabha member of the Congress was the main conspirator in the issue and attack on Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati, was a pre-planned effort by Nayak and his men," they said. State Government should impose ban on the NGO, working for religious conversion, the Sammukhya demanded.
